Are documents uploaded to Standardise confidential and secure?
Yes, Standardise was built with security as a key priority. As a security measure, we do not store your documents permanently. Everything you upload is processed in an encrypted, isolated environment and deleted shortly after your bundle is generated. Generated bundles can only be accessed by the user who generated them. Processing is fully automated, so no one at Standardise reviews your documents. Our AI features run with zero data retention, and your documents are never used to train AI models.
What is Standardise's money-back guarantee?
We only want you to pay for something that delivers value, and we are confident Standardise does. If Standardise is not right for your firm, tell us at any time within the guarantee period and we will refund your subscription in full, no questions asked. The guarantee lasts 2 months on the Individual plan and 4 months on the Boutique and Firm plans, counted from the start of your first paid subscription (free trials excluded).
